Returns and Warranty

How do I Return my Stormrobe?

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but we understand that you may need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned unworn and in the condition sent with tags intact within 28 days of delivery.

A free Royal Mail returns note is included with your order, simply follow the instructions to return your items.

Exchanges

We understand that you may wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please return the item to us and we will either arrange a refund to your original payment method or exchange it for your desired size.

WE DO NOT RETURN OR REFUND STORM ROBES THAT ARE CUSTOM MADE OR PERSONALISED.

Warranty

We’re so confident that we Guarantee our Storm robe for 1 year from the date of purchase from G-Storm.co.uk. We’re in total control of or Manufacturing so we’ll replace products free of charge due to defects in workmanship and/or materials. Excludes general wear and tear and accidental damage.
